Your “About Me” Page and Your Readers

So Many Views, So Many Variables, But Only One Constant!

Because I’ve been around OnLine Marketing and Blogging for so long I have seen a myriad directives and tips on how to write an “About Me” page. If I’d taken strict heed of all of them I would never actually have got mine done! So just how can you tackle this immediate stumbling block?

I bet you have already noticed the huge variety of ways in which you can approach your Blogging, and I’ve already posted some tips in my efforts to help you, but I am confident enough now to feel that the only “best way” to write this all important Page is to be sure that you feel comfortable with it. If you don’t, then anyone reading your Blog is going to recognize that, and if they really are readers who will continue to resonate with you they ought to be able to feel comfortable with your style.

Here is one set of views on this critical topic, and there are some very useful tips within this infographic. BUT – I find several of them them way too formal for me, they just don’t suit the way I feel about myself, or my impression of those that will resonate with me – and Blogging will be far too difficult if I don’t always keep that as my “Constant”:
